Full Spectrum Doula Recertification

Sokana Collective Full Spectrum Doulas are required to complete recertification every three years to maintain an active certification. This process supports continued learning, hands-on experience, and alignment with our commitment to birth justice and community care.

Below is an overview of the recertification process, including requirements and payment details. We encourage you to review all requirements and ensure you are prepared to complete them before submitting your recertification fee.

  • Before completing your payment, please ensure you have:

    • Joined the Recertification Google Classroom

    • Uploaded all required materials, including:

      • Proof of continuing education (minimum 10 hours)

      • Client experience verification (minimum 6 clients)

      • Community contribution documentation

      • Signed Birth Justice & Equity Commitment Form

All documentation must be submitted through the Recertification Google Classroom. Payment alone does not complete your recertification.

  • To complete your Sokana Collective Full Spectrum Doula recertification, a $75 recertification fee is required.

This fee supports the review and processing of your materials, as well as the continued development of Sokana Collective’s training and programs.

    Payment options:

    • One-time payment of $75

    • Payment plans or financial assistance are available upon request

  • Once both your payment and materials are received, our team will review your submission.

Upon approval, you will receive a renewed certification valid for three years.

If you need proof of certification while completing your recertification, we can provide a letter confirming you are in good standing.
