Meet Leila

Hello, I’m Leila Walker (she, her, hers)! I am a birth and postpartum doula, fertility awareness educator, and childbirth educator. I have been an educator my whole life, and have a passion for helping people use their own skills and strengths to empower themselves, in birth and in life. I completed my doula training through Bebo Mia, and am certified through the FEMM fertility management program. I am also trained in childbirth education through Cornerstone Birthwork Training.

I believe that my compassion and focus on non-judgmental and evidence-based support is what makes me an exceptional doula. Whether I’m working with clients before, during or after their journey to parenthood begins, I center three values in my practice as a birthworker: 1) knowledge is power; 2) it takes a village; and 3) you are the expert on you. As we work together, I promise to listen with compassion, love with my whole heart, and support you throughout your journey into parenthood.
