Meet Grace

Hello! My name is Grace, and I am a Full Spectrum Birth Justice Doula specializing in Birth and Postpartum care. I'm so happy you are here!

My journey to becoming a Doula began with a life-long passion for supporting those around me, whether they are strangers, acquaintances, friends, or family. I have extensive experience as an Early Childhood Educator, working closely with families and infants, which has significantly enhanced my childcare expertise. My profound appreciation for community and the belief that it "takes a village" informs my Doula practice. I am committed to ensuring that all birthing individuals have an empowered and informed Birth and Postpartum experience. My goal is to create a space where my clients feel confident, safe, encouraged, and supported. I employ various holistic techniques, including breathwork, grounding, hypnobirthing, mindful movement, massage, and positive affirmations.
